Vintage 1950's Wakefield Castrol Motor Oil Imperial Gallon Can. From the Castrol Oils (Canada) Limited. This is an EMPTY can from the 1950-60's for collectible purposes or display. Very good condition. There are some scratches and some scuff marks on the front and around the sides. There is a little bit of paint loss and some dis-colouration around the sides just over the bottom rim. Top and bottom of can covered in surface rust. Overall in clean & displayable condition. Colours are vibrant and the can is glossy and shiny. Double sided. Bi-lingual. Good addition to any vintage oil can collection. Measures approx- 11 3/4" inches ih height, 6 1/2" inches in length, 4 1/8" inches in width. Maker's mark "American Can Company of Canada Ltd. Plant # 35A."
