There are some dents. There is a small area of surface rust on the top left edge. There is also a large crease under the words "motor carrier". Minor wear around hanger holes. Overall in displayable condition. Colours are vibrant. Good addition to any vintage license plate collection. Measures approx- 4 7/8" inches in height, 8" inches in length.
