Vintage 1970's Pure Spring / Nesbitt's Orange (30 oz. / 750 ml.) Embossed Paper Label Soda Pop Bottle. From the Pure Spring Co. Ltd., Ottawa, Ontario. This is an EMPTY bottle from the 1950-70's for collectible purposes or display. This bottle was originally used for Pure Spring and was later re-filled with Nesbitt's Orange, which was also likely bottled by the Pure Spring Company. The bottle appears to have first been used in the late 1950's or early 1960's, and was used through the mid-1970's. Good condition. There are scratches and chips and some scuff marks around the sides. There are some small chips on the top of the lip. Very minor creases and scuff marks on the paper label. There is some dirt inside of the bottle at the bottom that I could not reach with my bottle brush. Overall very clean & displayable. Colours are vibrant and the bottle is still somewhat glossy and shiny. Rare bottle. Good addition to any vintage soda pop bottle collection, or to any Pure Spring or Nesbitt's collection. Measures approx- 11 3/4" inches in height, 3 1/4" inches in diameter at the base, with a 1" inch crown lip. Maker's mark "C in upside-down triangle" for Consumer Glass Co.
