Rare. Vintage 1970's PURE SPRING / FROSTIE ROOT BEER (30 oz.) ACL Paper Label Soda Pop Bottle. From the Pure Spring Co. Ltd., Ottawa, Ontario. This is an EMPTY bottle from around the 1970's for collectible purposes or display. This bottle is a Pure Spring ACL bottle that was returned for deposit and later re-used to bottle Frostie Root Beer. I had several of these Pure Spring bottles that had Pure Spring embossing on the neck and had a new paper label for another kind of soda pop, but this is the only one I have had that still had the Pure Spring ACL labels as well as a new paper label. It is also the only one I had with a Frostie label on it. Very good condition. There are some chips on the side of the bottle on the neck. Minor stains and wrinkles on the paper label. Possibly some slight water damage. There is some dirt inside the bottle at the bottom that I could not reach with my bottle brush. Overall excellent condition. Very clean & displayable. Colours are vibrant and the bottle is glossy and shiny. Bi-lingual. Rare bottle. Very good addition to any vintage soda pop bottle collection. Measures approx- 12" inches in height, 3 1/4" inches in diameter at the base, with a 1" inch crown lip. Maker's mark "C in triangle" for Consumer Glass Company.
