Fair condition. There are scratches and scuff marks on the front and around the sides. Rusty on the back and on the side just over the bottom rim. Bottom rusted out. Overall in displayable condition. Colours are vibrant. Bi-lingual. Decent addition to any vintage oil can collection. Measures approx- 6 1/2" inches in height, 2 5/8" inches in diameter. No maker's mark.
