Rare. Vintage 1950's White Rose Dursol Motor Oil Imperial Quart Cans. From the Canadian Oil Companies, Limited (Silver can is from the Canadian Oil Company which by this time was owned by Shell). These are EMPTY cans from the years 1958-62 (red can) and 1962-67 (silver can) for collectible purposes or display. Fair to good condition. Red can is metal and has some dents on the front and around the sides. There are scratches and scuff marks and some areas of surface rust on the front and around the sides. There is also some surface rust on the top of the can. Silver can is fibre and has scratches and scuff marks on the front and around the sides. There are some grinding marks under the top rim. No top. Overall these cans are in fair condition but still very legible. Colours are still somewhat vibrant. Embossed top on red can. Both cans are double sided & bi-lingual. Rare cans. Good addition to any vintage oil can collection. Measures approx- 6 1/2" inches in height, 4" inches in diameter. Maker's marks "American Can Company of Canada Ltd."
