Rare. Vintage 1920's Wampole's Extract of Cod Liver (38 X 29 Inch) Cardboard Sign. From the Henry K. Wampole & Co. Ltd., Perth, Ontario. This is a vintage advertising sign from the 1920's for collectible purposes or display. Very good condition. There are some minor rips and tears and there is some minor wear around the edges. There are also some minor stains and areas of dis-colouration. There were originally holes drilled at each corner for mounting. Overall excellent condition. Very clean & displayable. Colours are vibrant. Very nice circa 1920's graphics of a Grandmother sitting on a beautiful antique chair with a young girl who is holding a stuffed toy. Rare sign. Cardboard does not usually survive, especially a piece of large as this, but this sign has been preserved quite nicely. Very good addition to any vintage advertising collection. Sign was mounted on a foam bristol backing board and shrink wrapped for preservation. Measures approx- 38" inches in height, 29" inches in length.
