This is a GE model 29281 Slimline Corded telephone. May be wall mounted or lay flat on a desk. It has memory so you can program phone numbers into it but requires batteries for that to function. Without batteries, it works but cannot remember numbers. From a non-smoking household. It hasn't been used much and has been stored in a ziplock bag when not in use.
