Here is a handcrafted working model of a 12 hp Gould-Shapley-Muir stationary engine. The full sized engines were built in Brantfort, Ontario. The model is 16" long, 8" wide, 7" tall. 6" cast iron flywheels, flyball governed, 2 miniature working brass oilers, (one for the cylinder and one for the crankshaft journal). In addition, 2 working brass grease cups with screw tops are used for greasing the crankshaft journals.Brass water tower cooling, cast iron cylinder. Imperial fasteners used throughout. Battery and coil ignition, uses regular gas or Coleman fuel. Brass fuel tank. I am downsizing from my house to an apartment.
